January featured a lot of strong performances but Sam Bunel of the Northern Hawks has earned the honour of Player of the Month!

Bunel, a product of Montreal, recorded five goals and nine assists in five games, registering at least two points in every outing.

His month also included two game‑winning goals — one against the Bandits on January 14 and another versus the Falcons on January 21.
