FLIN FLON -- David Chisholm scores with just four seconds remaining in regulation as the Storm tie the Saskatoon Royals of the Prairie Junior Hockey League (PJHL) 6-6 to open the 2024 Central Canada Cup.

Chisholm and Issac Cain both had a goal and an assist while Max Mikus added a pair of helpers.

Rylan Grenier would score a powerplay goal late in the second period while Brandon McKinnon, Jonathan Beaucage and Steve Skerritt added the other Storm goals.

Paul Lecuyer made 34 saves on Wednesday as the Storm will play two games on Day Two against the St Paul Junior Canadiens of the North Eastern Alberta Junior B Hockey League (NEAJBHL) and the Peguis Juniors of the Keystone Junior Hockey League (KJHL).
